I m not sure what answer your expecting to get when all the information you provide is it doesn t work . How doesn t it work? Does it crash? Do you get an error? Does it freeze? Does it not recognise the printer? At what point does the problem occur? During installation? During start up? During usage? It is every time? Intermittent?
Also, if it s a problem with the driver then there s not much we can do. We didn t write it, we don t have the code to debug it or recompile it so our options are limited.
I wasn t aware that this is a 3rd party blog! But I m also having the problem described above the program installs, but when you run it, it just hangs while launching.
Something I have noticed is that the splash screen says that it is launching v.8, not v.8.5.1. Does anyone know if the version number on the splash screen is complete and correct? TIA.
I can t help you with the hanging issue, maybe someone who had the same problem and got it fixed can, but yes on my (Windows 7) installation the splash screen does indeed say V8, but in help/about it is shown as v184.108.40.2066
